1. Subscription & Payments

Premium/spin purchases or subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

2. Refund Policy

Payments for subscription, spins, or virtual items are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Double/duplicate charge
  • Technical issue that prevents service usage

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but already-paid periods are not refunded.
